I purchased the exact same tv new about 6 months ago for twice the price.
Except for the refurbished lable on the box you could not tell the difference.
It comes packaged just as if it was new. Grest picture quality with lots of extras.
Only down side...there is only a 3 month warranty...may want to buy a extended
warranty.

I had it unpacked and start watching it in less than 20 minutes.
I own a Home Teather so I did not attach the speakers and It looks great mounted in the wall with just the small frame made of fake leather which is good because if you touch it you don't let the finger prints or dirty on it.
The sound it provides to the theater is good.
I basically bought it to enjoy my xbox 360 and a Western Digital TV I own and It definetely worth. I used to have a LG 720p 42" TV and there is a Huge difference between both TVs.
I watch movies and concerts in 1080p and I'm very pleased with the image quality that it provides, it is very fast and the colors are vivid.
I can definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to enjoy movies or videogames for a reasonable price.
For a refurbished product I expected it to have some flaws but not at all.
Sharp is a great brand.
